Naim rescued us from a mess left by another contractor. He took a house with dingy, cracked brownstone and damaged, porous bricks and created a showstopper. Naim shared our vision which included reconfiguring the facade in terms of resizing windows and a door, brownstoning, painting, securing a beam, and some interior work. It was a complicated project but his teams executed the the project perfectly. Naim picked up the pieces and implemented a professional job site. His teams are meticulous, spending at least an hour per day cleaning. It really makes a difference in the quality of the work. When my scaffolding came down the whole building sparkled. Everyone in the neighborhood was talking and I continue to receive compliments on my home. I will continue to work with Naim on future projects. In fact, we have another in the works already.

Naim completely transformed our brownstone facade from a hazardous peach and lilac pigeon perch to a timeless classic that gets us compliments from people and visitors to our neighborhood. We were very cautious in vetting contractors and talked to many before deciding to work with Naim. His professionalism, attention to detail and ability to handle difficult situations really showed in initial meetings and he was very adept in working with other teams as we had an architect, another contractor for the interior and were rather demanding clients ourselves. The results of his work really speaks for itself and no corners were cut to achieve the quality that he promised to deliver. His crew was an absolute pleasure to deal with- always considerate, polite, clean and masters of their craft. For our project, he matched the architect drawings almost to the tee and created our dream facade; we also repaved the front yard with bluestone pavers, repainted the ironwork, scraped and repainted the cornice and removed an extension, metal awnings, replaced a hatch and moved a hose out of the cellar. Aside from the impeccable job he did, he also helped us find an interior contractor who did a terrific job. I would not hesitate to recommend him for his work. He went out of his way to make sure we were 100% satisfied and we definitely are.

Naim Construction did an absolutely stellar job completely redoing our very damaged and very ornate brownstone facade and stoop in Prospect Heights. They carefully replicated complex details that very few other companies could handle. No complaints, and the pricing was actually reasonable considering the quality of the work.

We used Naim Construction for front brownstone façade, stoop, roof, cornice, rear façade and front yard restoration. Naim’s team has been a pleasure to work with, communication has been easy, and they have been super responsive. The quality of their work is impeccable. There has been no downtime in our project that was completed timely and on budget. We received multiple compliments from neighbors on his work. Naim paid great attention to details and finishes, including advising us on paint color and small details that make a difference. We would definitively work with Naim again.

We just completed the restoration of our brownstone’s facade and we are very pleased with the end result. Naim’s team clearly took pride in their work and the people who worked on the decorative details around the door and windows were truly artisans. Naim did a complete restoration of the facade of our 1890s Brownstone. The work was landmark quality and he want above and beyond to get all details perfect. He was very responsive in all communication and his crew was considerate and polite. I would highly recommend him for this type of work.

Highly Recommended. We visited dozens of brownstones completed by local contractors, examining everything from texture and color to the sharpness of lines and the quality of ornamental details. We looked at both recently finished projects and ones completed 2 years ago. Consistently, Naim’s work stood out as superior. The standard of craftsmanship is high—the lines are crisp, and the detailing is thorough. Our facade had no original details when we hired Naim. The project scope included fully restoring the building facade to its historic character and fabricating and installing a cornice. Naim and his team did an amazing job. Naim’s crew is professional, punctual, and efficient. They worked safely and with care, maintaining a clean site at the end of each day. Naim established a clear payment schedule upfront and it was easy to check progress against the schedule. We found Naim to be accommodating when coordinating scopes and timing with other trades—windows, ironwork, electrical, and plumbing. He acted like a team player and made sure we weren’t stressed about it. Naim and his crew are hardworking, fair, and responsive. He doesn’t hesitate to fix items that we pointed out could be improved. On a couple occasions, Naim himself pointed out areas that didn’t meet his standards. He clearly takes pride in his work. On a personal level, Naim is kind, calm, and humble—a pleasure to work with. Since the project’s completion, we’ve received numerous compliments on the facade from neighbors and passersby. We are very happy with the outcome and would gladly hire Naim again.

We hired Naim Construction to resurface the facade of our Brooklyn landmark brownstone, paint the cornice, and lay new bluestone in the front yard. The end result looks very handsome. The previous owners had replaced the floral Italianate details on the main entrance and elsewhere with simple squared elements years ago. We were worried we might not find anyone up to the task of restoring the house to match the original details, but Naim’s crew did a masterful job of sculpting flowers and volutes to match those approved by Landmarks on a neighboring house. The job was complex and took over a year to complete, but the crew was reliable and dedicated to getting the job done well. They were helpful and accommodating when we asked for changes or fixes. Naim coordinated with the window company to facilitate timely installation of the windows. He also made sure that his crew provided adequate protection where needed, for us as well as our neighbors. The crew maintained a clean and neat worksite for the duration, and the contract was fulfilled in a timely manner. Naim himself can sometimes be hard to reach, but he is honorable, honest, polite, knowledgeable, and ultimately reliable. He exudes pride in his work, and we would wholeheartedly recommend him.
